1.Coconut grated-1 cup
2.Tamarind-1/4 th cup(seedless)(adjust to ur taste)
3.Ginger chopped-3 tsp
3.Curry Leaves-1 tsem
4.Dried whole Red chilli-5 to 7 nos(may vary)
5.Coconut oil-1 tblsp
6.Shallots-4 nos

First heat oil in a pan,saute coconut,red chilli,curry leaves and sliced shallots,ginger for 2 mins..(remove moisture)(This step can be avoided)..
Then grind together all the items w/o adding water..
Serve with rice...
